Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays Gracie Tampa Headquarters is offering MMA Conditioning Classes from 5:00 – 6:00pm.
With a set curriculum, each week classes will build off of each other with new exercises, stretches, and goals. This class was not created for our “Pro Fighters”. This class was created for those who are looking to improve their conditioning, sweat some pounds off, and are looking for a thrilling new way to work out and relieve stress. This class is an “add-on”, meaning any student, no matter what their level of skill, has the opportunity to take this class if they have signed up for it.
