Joe “Bamboo” Wissmann has been training Jiu Jitsu since 2003, and is a brown belt under Rob Kahn. Bamboo competes in grappling competitions regularly and is currently 3-2 in MMA competition.

Black Belt under legendary three-time UFC champion Royce Gracie. Rob won the New York State Golden Gloves Championship in 1995, and is currently very active in grappling competitions, competing in Mixed Martial Arts and pro divisions against some of the best here, and in Brazil.

As a professional grappler, Brian has defeated many of the world’s top black belts including victories against some of the best grapplers on the planet at the prestigious World’s Best Grappler Tournament. Brian fought his way onto The Ultimate Fighter and regularly spars with some of the top talent in the UFC.

Gracie South Kickboxing instructor, Jarrett Becks, holds black belts in Shotokan Karate and Shodan Seibukan Shorin-Ryu Karate, a brown belt in Judo and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Rob Kahn and Travis Neagle.
