Veteran’s Adaptive MMA

This program has evolved from learning to throw punches to a comprehensive program for all levels of injury. There are no limits in age, gender, or level of injury.

The key component is desire, this training is constructive physical, mental and cognitive levels.

The location for the first regularly scheduled, twice weekly classes will be only miles from the James A. Haley VA Hospital. These classes will be open to all injured Veterans, of all levels of recovery. Additionally this program serves both in-patient and out-patient members of the community.

As instructors work with the varied age, gender, or levels of injury the master remains the student and the vast development spreads to all participants.

When the new student states “I can’t”, the clock starts to the moment they resound “I can!” and that I our paycheck.

To date this program has been supported by private donation and Veteran’s organizations, but with demand the costs are growing.

With the number of injured service members in our community, support is needed for local and national training events. These costs are nominal to the benefit, and include all costs (instructors, facilities, equipment, travel, and lodging).

Bi-weekly classes for all injured Veterans attending. $3000.00 per month

Special event clinics locally held. $1000.00 per event

Mobile Training Team two day classes for Veterans and Instructor Development at other locations. $4000.00 per event.
